Request a map from the staff. It helps navigate the local area better than relying on GPS.

Had tidy and cozy room with private bathroom and a safe box, a dining area, and a sitting area. The bed was comfortable & the staff there were superfriendly. The location was good, for example, Koutoubia Gardens was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Breakfast was a divine showcase of local treats, with warm bread that gave the feeling of a hug. Plus, the decoration and cleanliness of the room.
We were right under the staircase, so from the crack of dawn, it was a symphony of clattering footsteps overhead.

A peaceful retreat in the Medina
Upon arrival, I was greeted with refreshing mint tea after a long flight. The staff arranged for a lovely takeaway breakfast one morning, ensuring I didn't miss my early excursion. The communal areas and serene pool provided a perfect escape from the lively streets outside.
While the vibrant location offered great access to sights, it could get a bit noisy at times, especially with prayers from the nearby mosque. There were moments I wished for a quieter atmosphere.

center location inside medina, charming terrace for sunset views, lovely indoor swimming pool
Finding the address was a nightmare!!! The loud noise from other guests was disruptive!!! The water leak in the toilet was quite bothersome!!! A proper shower curtain would prevent bathrooms from flooding!!!

Noise levels could be an issue, especially for those in ground-floor rooms where you hear everything from guests coming and going to rambunctious kids playing. The shared bathroom situation in the two-bedroom apartment was awkward, and it really wasn't ideal for privacy. Cleanliness fell short in some areas. Towels seemed worn, and I found the bathroom layout poorly designed-shower use resulted in a soaking wet floor every time. You might find yourself facing some inconveniences regarding amenities too. There was only one kettle for the entire hotel , made it tough for families needing to prepare things for little ones. There were also distracting sounds from outside, including nearby street activities that might break the serenity you're hoping for.

This vibrant oasis is great location just a short stroll from the bustling market square. The breakfasts were really good, with good variations each morning, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort, from arranging early breakfasts to lending us their facilities after check-out. The swimming pool was rather cold, and the sound insulation could be improved for added tranquility, especially with the busy streets nearby.

Loved the suite! It had AC, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and even a safety deposit box. Super clean and fresh towels every morning. The indoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax. The vibe was chill, and I enjoyed the comfy seating area too. Totally recommend it!
